Power Wrap Chapathi with Soy Flakes

PRINT THIS POST

This one is my favourite Break-Fast dish. As I can prepare this within 10-15 minutes and a healthy one too. i prepare this little frequent for morning break-fast, as my hubby cant say i dont have time..it just takes a minute to push this into the mouth, between it also becomes a balanced break-fast dish.

Ingredients:
Chapathi or Roti's
Grated Carrot
Grated Cabbage
Green Chilli's sliced finely
Soy Flakes/Granules
Onions finely chopped
Corriander Leaves
Salt
Turmeric Powder

Quantity depends on how much Chapathi's.. adjust accordingly.

Method:

arrow_53 In a Kadai, heat the oil, add mustard. when it pop's up, add finely chopped onion&green chilli slices.

arrow_53 Fry them and add salt, turmeric powder, mix well. now add grated carrot, cabbage. mix well.
arrow_53 Now add the soaked and drained soy flakes to the mixture and mix well. garnish it with finely chopped corriander leaves.

arrow_53 Place this mixture in a chapathi and Roll it. cut in the middle of the chapathi with your kitchen Scissor's.

This leads to WBB-SOY. Now Iam taking this to JFI-SOY, hosted by Sia of Monsoon Spice.
